The ultimate freedom for creative groups is the freedom to experiment with new ideas. Some skeptics insist that innovation is expensive. In the long run, innovation is cheap. Mediocrity is expensive - and autonomy can be the antidote.

The science behind motivation in the 21st century & how to organize your structure

WHAT

The Motivation workshop is based on Daniel H. Pink's best seller Drive, The surprising truth about what motivates us. While we would encourage you to read the book, we provide you and your organization a customizable workshop, in which we highlight the core arguments of Daniel H. Pink's research, while leading a hands-on workshop to apply the concepts in your organization.

Drive's twitter summary as noted in the book:

"Carrots and sticks are so last century. Drive says for 21st century work, we need to upgrade to autonomy, mastery & purpose."

The workshop guides participants to the core principles of motivation, examples of the field, results and outcomes. Additionally, it facilitates your change process in making your organization or school more '21st century' in organizational structure.

WHO

The workshop benefits every individual or group in a leadership position, from HR directors to store managers, from educators & school officials to team managers, from parents to government officials. The importance rests on your ability to influence your environment and motivate the people around you.
